We understand returns can be stressful, so we've simplified the process for you.

What Is Our Return Policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and have their tags attached. Please note, all original shipping costs are non-refundable. After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing, though it may take a little longer during peak or holiday seasons.

Can I Exchange My Items?

Yes! You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or an entirely new item of your choice.

Do You Offer Free Returns?

- USA: We offer one free exchange or store credit return per order on non-sale items. For additional returns or exchanges on the same order, a return label fee of $10 USD applies. Please note, if exchanging more than 4 items, a $10 USD return label fee will apply. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a return label fee ($10 USD) will be deducted from your refund.

- International Orders: For orders outside the USA, customers are responsible for return shipping costs using a local carrier.

Which Items Are Non-Returnable?

- ALL Sale items are FINAL: None refundable items.

- Hijabs, accessories, gift cards, and preordered items: None refundable items.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of delivery at info@shopsanadina.com for a replacement or full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Do You Offer Price Adjustments?

If an item changes in price within 48 hours of your purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment in store credit (excludes promotional offers).
