Shipping Policy
Pre-orders
Items purchased as pre-orders will be processed and shipped as soon as they become available. We’ll send you an email update when your item has shipped.
Shipping to the U.S.
For U.S. orders, we offer Standard (2-5 business days) shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. FREE Economy Shipping is available for orders over $150. Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing times.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx International, with delivery typically within 5-20 business days, depending on where we are shipping to. Please note that these times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays.
Duties
Our warehouses in the U.S., allow us to offer duty-free shipping to customers in these regions. However, international customers may be charged duties and taxes by their local customs authorities. All such fees are the customer’s responsibility. If these charges are not paid, the package may be discarded, and we cannot provide a refund or replacement in such cases. If you refuse or miss your package delivery and it is returned to us, we will refund the value of your items, less a return shipping and restocking fee (this varies by location). Please note, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking states “delivered” but you have not received your package, please reach out within 72 hours of the delivery notice. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. If needed, we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are typically not possible once submitted. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us at info@shopsanadina.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
